Join Keri*Ann for Blissful Flow Yoga every Tuesday morning from 9:30-10:30am and Friday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm at Town Hall in Rhinebeck.
Class begins with breathing and meditation to center and clear the mind. Then we move into a gentle sequence of stretching, strengthening and balance. A deep relaxation with essential oils ends the class, rounding out the whole experience.
*Yoga Mats and Eye Pillows are provided.
*This class is open to everyone.
