This fitness program will consist of a mixture of circuit training exercises ranging from stretching/yoga, cardiovascular endurance, and core/back strengthening.  In addition, it will encompass Tabata training, upper/lower body isometric strength building, and plyometrics.  The exercises can be modified for each individual based on skill, fitness, and age level.

Student Cost:  $11/class or $88/session (drop-ins are allowed)
Additional Family Member Cost: $4 class for EACH parent/guardian who attends or $32/session
