Soccer Kid Striking for the Goal
Under the direction of Jeroen Hofstede of Dutch Elite Soccer. Please bring soccer/sports clothing, including shin guards, as well as water, snacks (for morning/afternoon), lunch,  sunscreen and/or insect repellent. 

*PLEASE BE ADVISED that New York State Public Health Law now requires written parental permission for a child to carry and use sunscreen and/or inspect repellent. The legislation further requires the camp to maintain record of the parental permission and allows camp staff to assist with the application of sunscreen when the child is unable to do so, provided the child requests the assistance and that this assistance is permitted/authorized by the parent. 

The Town of Rhinebeck does NOT supply insect repellent or sunscreen.  If you would like your child(ren) to use either of these products, please make sure your child(ren) brings them to camp each day. 

You must also sign the Town of Rhinebeck permission form. A separate form must be signed for each child in a family.  If we do not receive a signed form from you, we will assume you do not wish for your child(ren) to use insect repellent or sunscreen.
